Who We Are

Kali Coffee Bar is a coffee shop in Salthill, Galway, owned by husband and wife, Enda & Laura. After years of working in coffee and hospitality, we opened our doors in January 2021 to finally create a welcoming space to enjoy & share great coffee. We hope that we've achieved that!

We have a phrase we say, “coffee with intention”. To us it means being mindful in our brewing and everything has a purpose and reason. If we change our brewing methods, know that there's an actual reason behind it. Not just because a fancy new brewer came out. We’ve been staying back late, testing new recipes and sip, sip, sipping into the evening. There is a reason behind every recipe change, coffee tool we use and beans we serve.
